Will be bringing my car back for the next service for sure.

I had to tow my car in with brake failure and was very nervous as once my car was dropped off, it literally could not leave until fixed. Obviously this is quite a vulnerable position to be in and I had to trust that I would be treated fairly.
Not only was I treated fairly, I was blown away by the service I received. My car was diagnosed before I even got to the shop (around 30 mins after my car left on the truck). They sourced a discontinued part through second-hand sellers and called me advising of a time frame for the repair. The repair was completed within this window, and they charged me incredibly fairly, especially given issues with parts availability and the lockdown.
