  Sara was such a helpful asset to the planning of my trip! She helped me get an amazing deal on a fantastic van company and worked her magic to make sure I had what I needed at a super affordable price. All while being so easy going and patient! Highly recommend to any traveler x

  I was staying at Wake Up! Bondi Beach and Backpackers World Travel has a location in the lower level of the hostel which was really convenient. After meeting with Philip and Isabella (very friendly and knowledgeable), every detail was taken care of for me! Friends and people I've met in Australia have told me horror stories about their bookings through other travel agencies (e.g., no help after "making the sale" and bookings done incorrectly or even not being made at all!) I've had no issues with the trip I booked and have been very happy with all the accommodations and activities we selected together. I'm doing an East Coast trip starting in Cairns and working my way down to Byron Bay. I'd recommend Backpackers World Travel to anyone looking for an effortless way to book an awesome trip!

  I am so so happy I met Sara and got the help from her that I needed. She really listened to my wishes and ideas, took them into consideration and then gave me options and advice based on her own experiences. We created the perfect trip for me, and she helped with booking of basically everything. I felt so taken care of, and I am sure I could not have figured all this out by myself. Would definitely recommend to talk to backpackers world if you are planning a solo trip, it’s was the best and made everything so much easier.

  My best friend and I randomly went in to ask a few questions one afternoon and the staff has been so helpful and friendly. Helping us book multiple tours for great prices! They always offer to match a cheaper price if found and are helpful and knowledgeable in answering our many questions and inquiries! Thank you for being a great and reliable place to book travel plans with. Would definitely use again and recommend :)

  I stayed at Wake Up Bondi Beach when I arrived in Australia, I met Philip, he work downstairs for Backpackers world travel and speak French & English
  Philip helped my friends and I organize our trip on the east coast.
  I recommend ++!
  Very professional, fun and cool!
  We booked all the activities and we regret nothing.
  It’s beautiful and amazing!
