The people you meet are fun with the right attitude. Over the 2 x 6 week challenges I lost 15 kilos and would not have done that without DF! My partner also lost 9.6 kilos in just 1 challenge. The classes are fun at the beach especially in the mornings and really sets you up for the day. I have done many different programs but what DF offer through their 6 week challenges is the best in the market - the competition alone helped me achieve outstanding results! T
